Several people in the road enthusiast community have now told me my opinions are wrong/unwelcome and I am "unworthy" of their respect. Funny, there was never a problem before the last election, yet now they have found God and their "God" tells them to hate me.
I've noticed the same behavior in the once-tolerant & welcoming SCA, often someone hiding behind "rank" or "authority" to tell me I'm not welcome.
Well, I don't need their "acceptance" to explore the roads. I'll simply have more time to do it.
Speaking of roads, two weeks ago, I spent the weekend crisscrossing Oklahoma and Texas in pursuit of the old Ozark Trail. I documented 4 different markers and have plans to locate 2 more.
So, yeah, I don't need you to chase roads. I do quite nicely on my own, thankyouverymuch. You can take your "holier than thou" attitude and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Thank you, and have a nice day. :)
